Securely Issue Keys to Compliant Contractors

Time & People assisted the Sydney Local Health District by implementing a secure Keywatcher system on site. This system enables compliant contractors to sign in and request a key from the box. If the contractor's company has the required insurance and the contractor meets compliance standards, the Keywatcher will send a code to the contractor. This code allows them to safely and securely release a key to complete their work.

Improved Visibility for Location Evacuation

Time & People provided assistance to Stawell Gold Mine by implementing an evacuation reporting system. The system ensures that all contractors who enter and leave the location are included in the evacuation report. A dashboard was also set up to display the location of individuals who are currently underground, improving overall safety measures at the mine site.

Improved On-Site Visibility from Time & Attendance data 

Time & People helped Accolade Wines to integrate UKG (Kronos) with OnLocation to collect employee information from UKG (Kronos) regarding the start and finish times of employees to go into OnLocation for more accurate evacuation reports that included visitors, contractors, and employees.

Tianqi Lithium needed to know which contractors and employees were registered on-site through the access control solution Inner Range Integriti so the information could be included in evacuation reports. Tianqui Lithium engaged Time & People to complete the integration for better evacuation reporting.

Contractor Onboarding

Bluesfest requires thousands of contractors and volunteers in a very short period of time over 6 weeks to be onboarded, complete inductions, and during covid provide vaccine evidence with all of the information going back into OnLocation visitor contractor software for accurate evacuation data.

Incident Reporting

Sydney Living Museums needed to replace an incident reporting form that was used by around 400 employees across 8 locations. Sydney Living Museums engaged Time & People to scope and build an incident reporting tool for the business, paper forms are no longer used to report incidents, the data is available to integrate into multiple systems.

Improved On-Site Visibility from Time & Attendance data 

FM Glenn started using Deputy to capture the start and finish times of employees while also being able to schedule employees. Each employee that signs into Deputy is automatically added to the OnLocation database and into the evacuation reports.

Improved On-Site Visibility from Alcolizer Testing data

Downer Rail had been using OnLocation for a number of years when they asked to integrate the Alcolizer so that when an employee, visitor or contractor signed into OnLocation the system would automatically ask the person signing in to complete an Alcolizer test, the results from the Acolizer test automatically comes back into OnLocation where work flows will stop the person signing and send notifications to the nominated person/s when there is a breach of the locations Alcolizer limits for compliance.
